THERAPY SERVICES

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THERAPY?
Therapy sessions are typically weekly, 60 minutes long, and include practical exercises and homework. Therapy begins with an intake session to explore your concerns, expectations, and define a clear therapy question. Together, we set specific goals and work toward meaningful change.
You stay in charge of the direction, and your motivation to engage is key to progress. Beyond improving your current well-being, we also give you tools and techniques to maintain long-term happiness and fulfillment. If your therapy question is outside my specification, I am happy to refer you or discuss options to continue together.
WORKING WITH ANXIETY
Anxiety is a natural and often helpful response to stress. But when it becomes overwhelming and starts affecting your health, decisions, or daily life, it may be time to seek support.
Through the ACT framework, I help clients build acceptance, create distance from unhelpful thoughts, and focus on what truly matters, so they can feel calmer and more in control.

WORKING WITH TRAUMA
Trauma is not defined by what happened, but by how it was experienced. Any event that overwhelms your ability to cope can be traumatic.
Most importantly, healing after trauma is possible. Trauma does not have to define your life, it does not have to become a pivotal event that changes your world to "before" and "after". It can become something you understand, own, and move forward from.
Therapy can help you make peace with what is beyond your control and focus on actions that bring enrichment and growth.
RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT
Strong relationships are essential in both personal and professional life.
If you find yourself struck in repeated patterns or time after time drawn to wrong partners, I can help you recognize these cycles and take steps toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
In the workplace, if stress, overwork, or blurred boundaries are an issue, we can work on reshaping how you relate to colleagues and stakeholders, so you feel more confident, respected, and in control.

CONFIDENCE BOOST
If you often doubt yourself, dwell on mistakes, or struggle to trust your abilities, you may be holding yourself back from a better life. Low self-esteem can impact work, relationships, and mental health, and is often linked to stress and depression.
In therapy, we will work on building healthy confidence and self-compassion, treating yourself with the same care you would offer a friend. These tools can strengthen resilience, improve coping, and help you thrive both personally and professionally.
VALUES CLARIFICATION & GOALS SETTING
If life feels empty or directionless, it may be a sign your core values are not reflected in how you live. Many people are not fully aware of what truly matters to them.
Using ACT techniques, I help you identify your values, recognize what is missing, and set realistic goals to align your life with what you care about, leading to greater meaning and fulfillment.
